I grew up in the Andalusian mountains, in close relationship with nature and human intensity.

My father realised his dream of creating a simple, deeply rustic place for healing

— grounded in nature, physical work, and inner inquiry.

It was never a "commercial" retreat centre. No one paid to be there.

The conditions were minimal, and the responsibility of sustaining it rested largely on him alone.

At the same time, my mother was not present,

and from a very young age I carried responsibility beyond my years.

I took care of my younger siblings while trying to survive, adapt, and perform according to expectations. Helping became second nature.

My own needs were quietly set aside — not by choice, but by necessity.

This early constellation shaped a deep attentiveness to others

and a capacity to function under pressure, while also normalising self-neglect.

For many years, I was unaware of these dynamics.

They repeated themselves across relationships and professional environments, where responsibility, endurance, and over-functioning were valued — and where my own needs remained largely unrecognised.

Finding meaningful support during these years was difficult.

At one point, I was told by psychologists

that the complexity of what I was carrying could not be met within their frameworks.

Not long after, I encountered guidance that integrated inner and energetic dimensions

in a way that reached what words alone could not.

This marked a decisive shift — not an instant resolution,

but the beginning of understanding what had been unfolding all along.

As this understanding deepened, patterns that had once felt personal became visible as systemic.

Insight alone was no longer enough;

what was required was embodied coherence — a reorientation

at the level of the body, the nervous system, and the subtle signals that guide choice and direction.

Formal training and long-term exchange with colleagues later

provided structure and language for what had already been lived.

These influences did not replace experience, but refined it — offering mirrors, boundaries,

and shared reference points that sharpened discernment over time.

Life eventually brought me back to my roots after more than twenty years abroad.

In April 2022, a fire destroyed the family place entirely, creating a blank slate

— not as an ending, but as a demand for new orientation.

At that time, Heartegy had just begun to take shape in its early stages.

In the space left behind, a vision emerged:

a future high-end retreat and integration centre — as a physical sanctuary

for the work unfolding through Heartegy and the individuals carrying it into the world.

I resisted this pull for a long time. Nothing in my conscious plans intended a return

— and even less to stand at the centre of such a wide and demanding vision.

Yet the movement remained steady.

Circumstances aligned beyond intention — from my father’s passing,

to the gradual return home, to finding sustainable love and grounding here.

The landscapes shown throughout this website are from the land where I was born

— and where this future place is intended to take form.

There is a distinct quality to this land.

The altitude, the vastness, the intensity of light,

and the stillness sharpen perception and deepen inner processes.

What is carried becomes clearer.

What is ready to shift tends to move with unusual directness.

For now, it rests.

The vision continues to gather form in its own timing.
